VoxRoster is a blank list-building tool; it carries no Warhammer 40,000 rules of its own. When you continue, your browser retrieves the datasheets it needs, as it needs them, from the community-maintained BSData project. Nothing is stored on VoxRoster's server.

It ships no game rules of its own - continuing directs your browser to fetch the community-maintained BSData catalogues on your behalf, and using that data is your responsibility under BSData's licence and your local IP rules.

VoxRoster is an independent, fan-made army-list building tool. It is not produced, endorsed by, affiliated with, or connected to Games Workshop Limited in any way.
VoxRoster contains no Warhammer 40,000 game rules, points values, datasheets, weapon profiles or other game data of its own. Warhammer 40,000, and all associated names, logos, units, characters, and imagery are trademarks and/or copyright of Games Workshop Limited. VoxRoster claims no ownership of and asserts no rights over any Games Workshop intellectual property.
When you choose to continue, you are directing this tool to retrieve rules data on your behalf from BSData (github.com/BSData/wh40k-11e), a separate, community-maintained project that publishes its catalogue files under an open licence. That data is fetched from BSData's public repository at your request; it is not supplied, hosted as source, or pre-bundled by VoxRoster.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the retrieved data complies with BSData's licence and with any applicable Games Workshop intellectual-property policies in your jurisdiction.
